That first confirmation is normal for direct downloads. It is simply macOS asking you to confirm that you want to open Vettamed SEB.

Open the downloaded .pkg file and continue through the installer steps.

If macOS says the installer cannot be opened, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.

Complete the installer, then launch Vettamed SEB from Applications.

If macOS asks for additional permissions during setup checks, allow them and relaunch the app if prompted.
